This writing delves into the exploration of how attention to sensory experiences in the context of the body's internal systems can lead to a hyperawareness of one's own corporeality. For this, different philosophical perspectives on the mind-body relationship are examined and concepts such as body horror and biomorphy are introduced, relating them to the idea of ‘What would happen if this visceral interior demanded that the exterior emerge in an uncontrolled way?’ Thus, as we deepen this perception, and the more attention we give to the behavior of our body, it becomes more alien and dissociated. This experience can be overwhelming, but it can also be fascinating. And that fascination is the driving force of my artistic work, in which, through painting, graphics and ceramics, creatures with a morphology that are born from visceral language are exposed: those writhing guts, those throbbing organs and that consciousness. . of the meat. Surreal beings lacking human identity. Thus, an interpretation of these biological systems that bears fruit in a new kingdom, one totally poetic and rooted in the introspection of this ignored interior.
