| dc.description.abstract | Este es un ensayo en el que se investigará la relación entre el arte y la enfermedad, con el fin de poner en perspectiva las vivencias de la autora en contraposición con la comprensión social de lo enfermo de manera constante, para que no se transforme en una mera narración personal. Busca acompañar la creación artística, para reflexionar del por qué o cómo se transmite, qué decisiones se toman en el proceso con respecto a la materialidad y se entiende la necesidad de conectar con ella. Por lo que comprende el problema de la representación en las obras de arte, especialmente cuando se toman en cuenta los imaginarios colectivos el cómo se asocian conceptos unos con otros para crear atajos y llegar a conclusiones de manera simple. De esta misma forma se profundiza en la necesidad de comprender la multiplicidad de experiencias que se pueden dar en contextos similares que son válidas, complementarias y enriquecedoras para la comunidad para que se comprenda un espectro más allá de solo lo estereotipado. Para esto se decide hacer una instalación compuesta de radiografías, mobiliario médico y una prótesis de retazos de metal. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This is an essay that examines the relationship between art and illness, with the aim of putting the author's experience into perspective in relation to the social understanding of illness, so that it does not become a mere personal narrative. It seeks to accompany artistic creation, to reflect on why or how it is transmitted, what choices are made in this process with regard to materiality and the need to connect with it. In this way, it understands the problem of representation in works of art, especially when it comes to collective imaginaries and how concepts are linked to each other in order to create shortcuts and reach conclusions in an easy way. In the same way, it explores the need to understand the multiplicity of experiences that can occur in similar contexts that are valid, complementary and enriching for the community, in order to understand a spectrum beyond the stereotypical. To this end, it was decided to create an installation consisting of X-rays, medical furniture and a prosthesis made from scrap metal. | en |
