Vínculo entre el educador/a de párvulos y la familia frente a las prácticas de crianza

There are several researches that support the importance of generating a link between the nursery school educator and the families regarding parenting practices. The family practices are related to the behaviors and actions that parents present in order to educate their children, as education is shared by both educational agents, the educational center should give continuity to the practices used at home. The main aim of this research was to analyze the necessary link between the educator and the families in relation to child-rearing practices in order to promote the development and learning of infants and toddlers. The methodology used was the systematic literature review, which allows generating new knowledge from the selected research. The results showed four types of parenting practices used by families: authoritative, authoritarian, permissive and negligent; the role of the educator in relation to parenting practices is actively involve families through collaboration, from a respectful point of view based on the practices used by caregivers, as well as the importance of participating in programs on positive parenting practices. The research allowed concluding that the kindergarten educator must generate a bond of trust with the families in order to give continuity and articulation of the child-rearing practices used at home, in the kindergarten, through communication, collaboration and active participation of the families.
