| dc.description.abstract | Mi investigación se basa en la elaboración de libros de artista que promueven la interacción con el lector. En términos temáticos, exploro literariamente la relación entre la experiencia femenina y el género del horror. Mi trabajo consiste en escritos, libros y objetos que establecen un puente entre la vulnerabilidad desde las vivencias propias de las mujeres y el horror, desde un aspecto autobiográfico. Comprendo mi trabajo como una forma de sanar, por medio de la escritura, una serie de experiencias en las que he sido vulnerada por otros. En este proceso, le entrego al lector/espectador la oportunidad de vincularse a una experiencia específica a través de la lectura, proceso que busca provocar una reflexión. | |
| dc.description.abstract | My investigation is based in the making of artist books that promote the interaction with the reader. When it comes to the theme of these books, I explore, literally, the relationship between womanhood and the horror genre. Mi work consists in writings, books and objects that establish a bridge between vulnerability in women's own experiences and horror, from an autobiographical aspect. I comprehend my work as a way of healing, through writing, a series of experiences in which I’ve been violated by others. In this process, I give the reader/spectator the opportunity to link up to these specific experiences through reading, process which intends to provoke a reflection. | en |
