Abstract
El presente trabajo analiza la implementación del artículo 74 de la Ley 18.575 el cual esta- blece al interior de los órganos de la Administración del Estado la existencia de consejos de la sociedad civil, de carácter consultivo, integrados por representantes de organizaciones sin fines de lucro. El análisis se llevó a cabo revisando sus actas de sesiones. Se examina igual- mente la legislación que los origina, y sus antecedentes normativos. Se exhibe una caracteri- zación de los consejos de la sociedad civil existentes. Finalmente se formula una interpreta- ción de la revisión desde la cual se concluye estrategias para fortalecer su existencia junto a su misión.
This paper analyzes the implementation of article 74 of Law 18,575 which establishes within the organs of the State Administration the existence of civil society councils, of an advisory nature, made up of representatives of non-profit organizations. The analysis was carried out by reviewing their meeting acts. The legislation that originates them, and their normative antecedents, are also examined. A characterization of the existing civil society councils is exhibited. Finally, an interpretation of the review is formulated from which strategies are concluded to strengthen its existence together with its mission.
