Abstract
El presente artículo académico tiene por finalidad aportar contenidos normativos mínimos o
esenciales para la Reglamentación del Transporte y Distribución de Hidrógeno Verde por las
Redes de Gas Natural en Chile, en pos de la descarbonización total de la matriz energética
como parte de la solución a los efectos del cambio climático. Su fundamentación recae en las
conclusiones obtenidas luego de realizar un análisis de la normativa técnica y política de
comunidades y países internacionales que se encuentran a la vanguardia en el desarrollo de
esta tecnología, junto con un estudio detallado tanto del marco regulatorio vigente en nuestro
país como también el examen de la factibilidad y recomendaciones técnicas necesarias para
su implementación.
The purpose of this academic article is to provide minimum or essential normative content for the Regulation of the Transport and Distribution of Green Hydrogen through the Natural Gas Networks in Chile, in pursuit of the total decarbonization of the energy matrix as part of the solution for the climate change effects. Its foundation lies in the conclusions obtained after carrying out an analysis of the technical and political regulations of the international communities and countries that are at the forefront in the development of this technology, along with a detailed study of both the regulatory framework in force in our country as well as the examination of the feasibility and technical recommendations necessary for its implementation.
