dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo se realiza un breve repaso de la historia de la educación superior, junto a ello, se analiza la jurisprudencia más relevante del último tiempo desde el criterio del control de juridicidad, sobre las decisiones de acreditación de la Comisión Nacional de Acreditación. El análisis se realiza además, sobre la legislación imperante en materia de acreditación, respecto de las instituciones de educación superior, a la luz de los cambios experimentados en el sistema de acreditación de la Comisión Nacional de Acreditación. Finalmente, se presenta la necesidad de ampliar los mecanismos recursivos a otras causales, y la importancia de un control de juridicidad en la toma de decisiones de acreditación por parte de la Comisión Nacional de Acreditación.es
dc.description.abstractIn this paper a briefly review of the history of higher education is made, along with this, the most relevant jurisprudence of recent times is analyzed, from the criterion of the control of legality, about the accreditation decisions of the National Accreditation Commission. The analysis is also carried out on the prevailing legislation on accreditation, with regard to higher education institutions, in light of the changes experienced in the accreditation system of the National Accreditation Commission. Finally, the need to extend the recursive mechanisms to other grounds is presented, as well as the importance of a control of legality in the accreditation decisions making by the National Accreditation Commissionen
