This artcle reviews the provision of mental health services through the use of digital devices. The aim is to provide background informaton on clinical psychosocial and educatonal treatments that are currently being carried out and the costs associated with this type of problem. From this perspectve, cases of non-pharmacological interventons using digital tools and resources in mental health are reviewed. The artcle identies recent developments using ICT in online psychological therapy and remote consultaton, studies on mood and relapse in hospital setngs, and integraton methodologies mediated by digital communicaton from a therapeutc and educatonal perspectve. The applicatons and resources presented here ofer concrete opportunites to involve and strengthen the patent-therapist-caregiver-territorial community and educators relatonship, allowing the creaton of new approaches for assessment and interventon in the area of mental health in conjuncton with the school system. Finally, a case study funded by the Natonal Disability Service of Chile is presented, which addresses the problem and suggests some recommendatons based on the project.
