dc.description.abstractEste artículo tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio a la sentencia que el Tribunal Constitución declaró como inconstitucional ciertos perceptos con respecto a la modificación de la Ley 21.081, en la que se intentaba instaurar nuevas facultades al SERNAC para ampliar y fortalecer la protección de los derechos de los consumidores. En este trabajo se expondrá la opinión de los jueces, la cual dejó en vista que existen puntos de vista que se deben abordados para futuras reformas que tengan como objetivo garantizar los derechos de los consumidores.es
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this article is to carry out a study of the sentence that the Constitutional Court declared as unconstitutional certain percepts with respect to the modification of Law 21,081, which tried to establish new powers to SERNAC to expand and strengthen the protection of the rights of the consumers. In this work the opinion of the judges will be exposed, which made it clear that there are points of view that must be addressed for future reforms that aim to guarantee the rights of consumers.en
