The public procurement procedures developed by the Armed Forces financed in accordance with law N° 21.174, which abolish law N° 13.196, are regulated by special laws, which do not contain special provisions regarding the notice of administrative acts. In this article, it is analyzed whether or not the supplementary application in this matter of law N° 19.880 is applicable and, if so, whether or not the notification by electronic means is appropriate in accordance with the interpretation made by the Contraloría General de la República, prior to the entry into force of law N° 21,180, regarding the Digital Transformation of the State.
