In 2020 we were faced with a health crisis secondary to the SARS-CoV2 virus pandemic, in this context, health faculties had to seek new ways of learning since clinical fields for teaching closed to prioritize their care function. In such circumstances, virtual activities were carried out for third-year students, aimed at improving anamnesis techniques, physical examination, and development of clinical reasoning. With that in mind, it is necessary to analyze the opinion of the students regarding their level of learning during the year, to adopt improvement measures and establish the bases of this new way of teaching medicine. As a result of the above, the following question arises, what is the correlation between student satisfaction on their acquisition of skills and abilities in the semiology course taught in distance mode and their academic performance? Hypothesis: The student's opinion about their acquisition of skills and abilities in the semiology course in distance mode has a positive relation with their academic performance. Primary objective: To describe the level of satisfaction of third-year medical students who took the course of medical semiology about their learning of interview and clinical examination, communicational and clinical reasoning skills. An adapted questionnaire to assess satisfaction will be applied to students, it will be validated and then the sample will be characterized, these results will be compared with the students' grades. It is expected that there is a positive relationship between the level of satisfaction and student performance.en
