For the recent years, in legal doctrine and jurisprudence the thesis has been spreading that Sanctioning Administrative Law is part of a common origin that shares with Penal Laws, the know sentence “Ius puniendi único del Estado”, and from the rules of the penal laws born the Administrative Law, but nuanced. This topic it’s important, because although the Sanctioning Administrative Law and the Penal Law have different purposes, both are sanction procedures, impose punishments that affects the human rights, so it must have caution about the effects of decrease the penal principles. The intention of this small research, is expose wich one are the nuances and the consequences that develop in the Sanctioning Administrative Law, through a doctrinaire study and jurisprudential.
