Resumen
Recuperar las aguas claras de los tranques de relaves y reintegrarlas al proceso
productivo resulta ser una necesidad en el concierto de la profunda crisis hídrica que nos
afecta, cuestión que no parece ser principal preocupación para la normativa que las rige, aun
cuando se motiva o justifica en la protección del medio ambiente y la utilización racional de
los recursos naturales.
Recovering the clear waters of the tailings dams and reintegrating them into the production process turns out to be a necessity in the context of the deep water crisis that affects us, an issue that does not seem to be the main concern for the regulations that govern them, even when the protection of the environment is motived and justified as well as the rational use of natural resources.
