dc.description.abstract	Los autores aclaran que su estudio sobre osteotomía tibial alta (HTO) se centra en el alivio del dolor y la mejora funcional en pacientes con osteoartritis de zona gris (AKUMA), no en el retorno al deporte. Reconocen limitaciones del estudio y destacan la relevancia de factores psicológicos, manteniendo que sus resultados ofrecen orientación clínica válida.
