Análisis del conflicto entre el Decreto Ley 2.695 de 1979 y la normativa urbanística

Through this work, I come to analyze the conflict that occurs between urban regulations in general and the application of the procedure for regularization of small property, established in D.L 2695/79. The study of this situation was carried out by reviewing the aforementioned process and his consequences in land use planning. For this it was analyzed, the posture of various organizations who participate in the process, along with existing judicial and administrative jurisprudence on this matter. Finally, the shortcomings of the process are raised, along with possible solutions.
