Abstract
El presente trabajo busca realizar un análisis de como Chile se ha encaminado en dar cumplimiento a los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible que la ONU impulsa. Uno de estos objetivos guarda estrecha relación con las compras públicas, toda vez que a través de ellas se busca lograr alcanzar un consumo y producción sostenible, siendo el Estado el principal impulsor de esto. Así, si bien la actual norma chilena se encuentra entre las más avanzadas de Latinoamérica, no alcanza estándares europeos en compras públicas, sin embargo se encuentra en una etapa de modernización que le permitirá alcanzar dicho objetivo.
This work seeks to carry out an analysis of how Chile has moved towards meeting the Sustainable Development Goals promoted by the UN. One of these objectives is closely related to public purchases, since through them it seeks to achieve sustainable consumption and production, with the State being the main driver of this. Thus, although the current Chilean standard is among the most advanced in Latin America, it does not reach European standards in public procurement; however, it is in a modernization stage that will allow it to achieve said objective.
