The following document presents a brief description of the institutions assessed – an international organization related to mining and the First Environmental Court of Antofagasta – and the relevance of its selection connected to Climate Change. Then, there is detailed analysis of the statements of the international organization and the jurisprudence, which will enable the identification of the environmental components connected to the Climate Change issue. Finally, there are general proposed questions and reference guidelines so a Mining organization can present a Climate Change strategy, emphasizing the environmental variables considered for the sector at international level and according to the national jurisprudence.
