The present article aims in principle, to be a first approximation for developers, owners, operators or simply for those interested in what is the new regulation applicable to Small- Scale Generation Media, Supreme Decree number 88, which comes to replace the Supreme Decree No. 244. This approach consists of a brief historical context of what the market for small means of generation has been, of the main novelties that the new regulation incorporates, the challenges that it faces almost a year after it came into force and finally some proposals for improvements to the PMGD and PMG market, which has positioned itself as a key element in the goal of carbon-neutrality.
