El estudio de esta situación se llevó a cabo mediante la revisión del proceso antes señalado y sus consecuencias en el ordenamiento territorial. Para esto se analizó la postura de diversos organismos que participan en el proceso, junto con jurisprudencia judicial y administrativa existente en esta materia. Por último se plantean las deficiencias del proceso, junto con posibles soluciones.Through this work, I come to analyze the conflict that occurs between urban regulations in general and the application of the procedure for regularization of small property, established in D.L 2695/79. The study of this situation was carried out by reviewing the aforementioned process and his consequences in land use planning. For this it was analyzed, the posture of various organizations who participate in the process, along with existing judicial and administrative jurisprudence on this matter.
