The goal is to assess how boys and girls, through a process of creating puppets with objects, are able to reflect on identity and gender equality. This research has enabled students to develop creative, expressive, and socio-emotional skills. Theater has contributed to the acquisition of critical thinking competencies among primary students, encouraging them to reflect on gender perspectives and stereotypes.enAtribución-NoComercial-CompartirIgual 3.0 Chile (CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 CL)Drama educationGender equalityPrimary educationArt educationPuppetry with objects as an educational strategy on identity and gender equality in primary educationArticlehttps://orcid.org/0009-0000-9651-2841http://doi.org/10.26209/ijea26n1
